Information we collect

• Mobile phone number. Collected only when you submit it yourself on our SMS opt-in page. We never buy, rent, or scrape phone numbers.
• Message content. The text you send to our number and the replies we send back.
• Basic delivery metadata. Timestamps and carrier delivery status, supplied by our messaging provider.

Mobile information is never shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the sharing limits described below. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We share data only with the vendors required to operate the service — our SMS carrier (Twilio) for delivering messages, our email provider for account notices, and our hosting providers. Each processes the data solely on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

How your messages are processed

Messages you send are processed by an artificial intelligence model in order to generate a reply. That means the content of your messages is transmitted to our AI provider for the sole purpose of producing a response. Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate.

SMS is not a secure channel

SMS is not encrypted end to end. Mobile carriers and other intermediaries can technically access the contents of a text message. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or other financial or sensitive personal details over SMS — not to us, and not to anyone.

Data retention

Message content and delivery metadata are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Your phone number and consent record are retained for as long as you remain opted in, plus a further period as needed to prove consent and honor opt-out requests as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing jimjvg123@gmail.com.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact
